Terms of Use

By accessing or using Soshare, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Soshare offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Soshare Pro – Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Soshare Pro – Yearly: $29.99 per year
• Soshare Boost – Monthly: $20.00 per month
• Soshare Boost – Yearly: $199.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Subscription prices may change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

We may offer a free trial period for subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, payment will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@soshareapp.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, or violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By posting content, you grant Ridegrade Corp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

The Soshare name, logo, and all related content are the exclusive property of Ridegrade Corp. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIDEGRADE CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6–11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.

If you downloaded Soshare from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Ridegrade Corp only, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

This app uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
